Air b and b website4/22/2023 I had few unpleasant experiences and noticed that Airbnb just didn’t care, I was left on my own trying to figure out what to do, while they obviously held my money. They already got your money and their fee. But if everything isn’t what you expected, you might be in trouble!!! Airbnb isn’t interested if you feel uncomfortable or unsafe in your accommodation. I’ve used Airbnb over the years many times. Horrible, they don’t care about customers Over a period of 7 years with airbnb i have gathered a five star reputation with 24 reviews.Towards the end of january 2023 i encountered the host from hell who so happens to have a good reputation too,50 reviews over a 10 year period.This obviously was a difficult position for the airbnb management to judge and jury over.I was back and forth with management from the period of 24th jan to 7th feb contesting a review that was posted publicly against me.90% of it was untrue and i tried my best to get management to remove this review.To me it was obvious that the most diplomatic and best solution to this situation would have been to removed mine and the hosts review and therefore keeping both are reputations intact.Airbnb management refused to remove the hosts review, and remove mine.I was told that my review did not comply with their review guidelines so i then wrote a simple review response and airbnb has shadow banned my response from the hosts profile.I felt throughout the experience that airbnb was more interested in taking care of their Superhost over i the guest.I feel very disappointed with airbnb as i have always held them in high regard.
